What is the cost to rent the building?
$175/per hour with a 2 hour minimum. This includes 3 FREE hours of decorating / set up.
We also offer our special rate of $800 for 12 hours.
What furniture do you have available for use?
Available furniture includes 10 rectangular tables (6ft), 5 round tables (5ft), 80 chairs, 12 barstools, 2 cocktail tables, lounge set ( loveseat, 2 chairs, and coffee table), and podium with wireless microphone system.
Do you provide linens?
We do provide linens for an extra charge. Linens are available for $10/per table and $5/ per chair.
Please note: You may bring your own linens and/or decorations.
Do you have a TV?
Yes, we have a 65" LED portable TV that is available for $100/ per event.
Please note: You must supply the media (Firestick, PowerPoint, Game, Video, ecT)
Do you have a sound system?
Yes, we have a plug n' play Bluetooth sound system that is included in your rental price.
Please note: Bring your own playlist
Do you have Wi-Fi?
Yes, we have Wi-Fi.
What is your vendor policy?
We have an open vendor policy meaning you can select your own DJ, entertainment, food, drinks, alcohol, ect.
